Thanks to Aarsleff CIPP Lining and other special products, Aarsleff Pipe Technologies is capable of renewing complex pipe systems of industrial companies without excavation –  and thereby also without major interruptions in operation.

The many different tasks that we face in big and small industrial companies place heavy demands on our employees. It is important that our employees acquaint themselves into the specific situation of the company in order to select the optimal renewal method. One of the big challenges in connection with renewal projects in industrial companies is that the means of production are being changed, rebuilt and extended over the years. This often results in very complex pipe systems as well as difficult means of access. Therefore, throughout the years, we have developed installation units that we can use under even very extreme conditions.

We manufacture Aarsleff CIPP Linings in all lengths and wall thicknesses from 3 mm to 50 mm. There are many advantages of using Aarsleff CIPP Lining. It is very robust and it finds its way through changes in height and direction. We manufacture all liners so that they fit into the specific pipes.

A renewal project of an industrial company takes place in very close cooperation with the company in question. All renewal projects start with a thorough CCTV inspection which documents the exact conditions of the pipe system as well as the need for cleaning. When a worn pipe bas been inspected and prepared, we invert a soft liner into the pipe by means of water or air pressure, e.g. from a manhole. When the liner is in position in the worn pipe, we cure it. The result is a tight and robust pipe with improved flow.
