Aarsleff Pipe Technologies spends big resources on continuously developing robust high-quality products. Renewing pipe systems is a comprehensive and resource-demanding job, and consequently, our solutions must be able to last for very many years. An Aarsleff CIPP Lining thus has an expected life of at least a 100 years. That was the result of a documentation project which we carried out in cooperation with the local authorities of Aarhus and Danish Technological Institute. The project e.g. included more than 20,000 hours of testing over a period of three years.

Aarsleff Pipe Technologies has a total quality certification in sales, production, manufacture and turnkey project management in accordance with DS/EN ISO 9001. We maintain our extensive quality management system on our intranet so that employees all over the world have access to all relevant information.

Of course, we are members of the Control Scheme for Pipeline Rehabilitation which means that Aarsleff CIPP Lining e.g. complies with the requirements to control of both short-term properties and long-term properties.

We are constantly focusing on improving the quality in all parts of our organisation. We ensure the quality of raw articles, we develop new products, we reduce the energy consumption and we train our employees so that quality assurance and development will be a natural part of all tasks and work processes in the future as well.

An important part of our work with constantly making quality improvements to our clients is to have focus on even the smallest details combined with a holistic approach. Even very small quality improvements can be of great importance to e.g. a big renewal project running over several years.
