Production

Since 1979, Aarsleff Pipe Technologies has specialised in No-Dig renewal of pipe systems. It is a complicated job to carry out renewal projects – irrespective of the scope of the jobs. Often, we are to renew pipe systems under very difficult conditions and in a short time. Naturally, this makes demands on our production facilities that must be both efficient and flexible as each individual job is unique.

The development has been fast since 1979, and we have continuously developed and refined our production facilities. Already many years ago, we discovered that we obtain the best quality for our clients by a high degree of production control. Consequently, we produce the Aarsleff CIPP Lining and other specialised products in our own high-technology factory in Hasselager. 

Of course, an important part of our production takes place on the sites in connection with the individual jobs. Today, we have a large number of purpose-built units for No-Dig renewal. Many of these units can be separated into small mobile units so that they can be moved into areas with even very little space by truck or crane. Also, we have specialised units that can open laterals in main pipes even if we only have access from one manhole. 
 
Today, CCTV inspection is an integrated part of our production, and therefore we have developed our own state-of-the-art units operated by our own specially trained operators. 

We always use high-quality materials in our production, and we use many resources to further develop all parts of our production plant. The production takes place both in the factory and on the sites and is constantly being tested by our own laboratory.
