Aarsleff Pipe Technologies has extensive experience in renewal of pipe systems in industrial companies. We know the importance of minimising the inconvenience to logistics as well as production. We use state-of-the-art technology for No-Dig renewal and we are therefore able to carry out complex renewal projects without any major interruptions.

We see an increasing demand from industrial companies both in Denmark and abroad. This is due mainly to worn pipes as well as conversion and expansion of production. Sharper focus on environmental conditions also contribute to the fact that many industrial companies decide to renew and thereby optimise their pipe systems for the benefit of both the environment and the financial situation of the companies.

In an industrial company, the pipe system can be exposed to impacts of a special nature. For instance, production methods change over time. These changes entail changes in the loads of the pipe systems, as the pipe systems were originally made for quite different production methods and chemical compositions. For instance, we see that modern production methods result in increasingly aggressive wastewater.

We always begin a renewal project with a close dialogue with the industrial company. It is important that our employees have knowledge of the production and logistics conditions, so that we can choose the renewal methods that cause as few interruptions as possible. Flexibility is a key word, and therefore we often work at night or during weekends.

 Renewal of pipe systems requires careful planning, and therefore we also carry out a preliminary CCTV inspection that gives us knowledge of the pipe system’s condition. Based on the CCTV inspection and documentation from the company in question, we prepare a renewal plan which gives an overview of renewal needs as well as finances.
