For more than 30 years, Aarsleff Pipe Technologies has worked with No-Dig renewal of pipe systems. Large and small. Today, we have the latest technology within the field. To a wide extent, this technology has been developed at our high-technology laboratory, and it is based on the experiences we have from renewal projects in Denmark and internationally.

Aarsleff Pipe Technologies’ methods for No-Dig renewal of main pipes are the most effective methods on the market. Our methods and units are highly advanced and flexible, and in most cases we are able to avoid excavation completely. We are able to renew even very long pipe stretches in one run without having to dig up gardens and roads for example. Our methods make it possible to carry out renewal projects quickly and with minimum disturbance to citizens, business owners and traffic. There are some clear financial advantages connected with the No-Dig methods compared to traditional methods. 

Irrespective of the extent of a renewal project involving main pipes, we start our work with a thorough planning stage where we carry out CCTV inspections of the pipe systems in question. Also, we collect information from the relevant authorities and from the many partners that are often involved in a big project. We always prepare a renewal plan that indicates what is going to take place in the short run but at the same time we take the long view so that our customers know the economic consequences both in the short run and in the long run.  

We are a member of the Control Scheme for Pipeline Rehabilitation. This means that the Aarsleff CIPP Lining complies with the requirements for declaration, control of both short-term and long-term properties and current tests of installations.
