Segmental Lining

Aarsleff Pipe Technologies offers a wide range of No-Dig products and solutions. We renew pipes of all dimensions using only the newest technology. We continuously strive to develop new, flexible and effective products based on the needs and wants of our many partners and customers around the world.

Over the years, we have developed and refined well-known products such as Aarsleff CIPP Lining and Aarsleff Segmental Lining. Both products are widely recognised as being among the absolutely best solutions for No-Dig renewal of pipes.

In connection with the renewal of pipes which carry great amounts of water or other fluids, Aarsleff Segmental Lining is in many cases the optimal No-Dig solution. Using Aarsleff Segmental Lining generally reduces the need for large bypass pumping installations as this renewal technology is very time-effective. We disconnect the defective pipe, install the panels and reconnect the renewed pipe to the system. This can be carried within a rather limited timeframe as we have developed special installation techniques that enable us to work quickly, for example by carrying out several operations simultaneously. 

 Aarsleff Segmental Lining consists of glass fibre pipe segments that can be either circular, egg-shaped or box-shaped depending on the dimension and cross section of the defective pipes that we are going to renew. In case of difficult access, many directional changes or dimension changes, we are able to install Aarsleff Segmental Lining cut longitudinally.

We always devote considerable resources to an intensive planning process, which involves thorough inspection of defective pipes using camera – hand held or remote control operated. This also enables us to document the entire process in great detail.
