Partnering
Aarsleff Pipe Technologies has good experiences using partnering as a form of working relationship. The basic principles behind partnering are closely related to the working relationship that we traditionally have used and developed since we carried out our first No-Dig renewal project in 1979.
Partnering is based on the idea of creating an open working relationship characterised by trust and dialogue between the partners. In particular, this common framework involves open communication about financial aspects - a decisive parameter for being able to find the right solutions together.
There are a number of advantages connected with carrying out jobs in partnering. For the client, a partnering agreement typically means increased financial efficiency as well as significant quality improvements. In addition, it is interesting that during partnering, new methods and techniques are developed which are beneficial to finances, quality and employee satisfaction.
We know the importance of each partner contributing to the working relationship, and therefore we use many resources training our employees within areas such as knowledge sharing, environmental considerations, communication and optimisation of work processes.
When entering into a partnering agreement, we often see that together with the other partners both the common project as well as the partners individually are developed in a positive direction. Especially, it is very stimulating for our employees to participate in a partnering agreement where the work is based on common, clearly defined visions, objectives and strategies.
