Framework agreements

We offer framework agreements with fixed unit prices of regular jobs. In this way, we ensure the best price of each individual job and local knowledge through the entire progress of the agreement. 

Framework agreements in connection with very large renewal projects have a number of advantages. Firstly, in most cases long-term cooperation means that the partners jointly develop new methods and technologies with a view to optimisation of the renewal project in question. Secondly, a framework agreement ensures that the experience gained from the initial stages of cooperation is integrated in the subsequent stages. Thirdly, it is a great advantage that the client knows the economy of the individual stages and jobs in advance. It makes long-term planning easier.  

In a framework agreement, all general terms are included in the fixed unit prices for similar jobs. We always agree on uniform procedures for the execution of all jobs, the work’s organisation and not least for all relevant quality and control measures.

Therefore, we always prepare a very detailed renewal plan divided into stages. For each individual stage, we prepare a separate agreement in writing based on our tender and acceptance from the client.
